House rules and rules of conduct:
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules and rules of conduct.
When confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with their points and agree with them, and that you will fully comply with them.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the charging of the full price of the stay, regardless of the possible earlier forced departure.
- On the day of arrival the guests have to give to the owners their identification documents (passports or ID cards) for all persons immediately upon arrival to the apartment (for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board) and pay the rest of the amount for the accommodation. Personal documents must be returned immediately or within 12 hours. The guests have as well to give the voucher to the owners.
- During the stay, the host is at the guest's service for all information and assistance, but is not obliged to organize the guest's free time. We recommend that you study the INFO BOOK map located in the apartment.
- We suggest that the guest report any complaints about the quality of the accommodation to the host immediately so that the deficiencies can be fixed as soon as possible.
- Guests are responsible for their own behavior in the house and surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they themselves are responsible for the consequences.
- Guests are responsible for order and cleanliness in the apartment and are obliged to maintain them. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy up during the guests' stay or take out the trash from the apartment.
- The host will change bed linen every 7 days, and clean towels will be offered every 3-4 days.
- In the apartment you will also find: utensils for cooking/dining, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hygiene items, cleaning accessories and detergents, dishwashing accessories and detergents.
- Guests are responsible for taking care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. Therefore, guests must lock the doors and close the windows when going outside.
- Weapons, flammable and explosive substances, substances with a strong and unpleasant smell, as well as equipment for "cryptocurrency mining" are not allowed in the apartment.
- Also not allowed: group parties, smoking inside the apartment, disturbing the peace of other guests from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (night rest), bringing pets (regardless of size), "cryptocurrency mining", downloading large amounts of data via internet (which will slow down the speed of other guests when using the internet).
- It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not users of the reserved accommodation into the exterior and interior of the apartment.
- Guests will park their vehicle in the host's parking lot – VRBICA 1, in a place assigned by the host (depending on availability).
- We kindly ask guests to treat the equipment and furniture in the interior and exterior of the apartment with consideration. It is not allowed to move furniture, equipment and utensils from one apartment to another, outside the apartment or to the beach (chairs from the kitchen to the terrace, utensils for preparing and consuming food and drinks to another accommodation unit, towels and bed linen from the apartment to the beach, etc.). It is also not allowed to put wet towels or clothes on beds or furniture, nor to store dirty or wet dishes and kitchen utensils in cupboards.
- Facilities that are not an integral part of the apartment (barbecue, parking, parasols, sunbeds and beach towels) are used in agreement with the host. When not in use, parasols must be closed.
- When leaving the apartment, the guest must turn off the lights, fan, air conditioner and other electrical devices (except the refrigerator and water heater in the bathroom) and close the taps.
- Special care should be taken not to leave the air conditioner on unnecessarily while the guest is not in the apartment and not to use it with open windows and doors (as this may result in additional charges from the host).
- As environmentally conscious hosts, we would like to draw your attention to more rational energy consumption. You will reduce global warming and fossil fuel pollution if you use the air conditioner sensibly. For example instead of setting the temperature in the apartment to 18 or 19 degrees Celsius (which the air conditioner cannot achieve anyway, if the temperature is high outside), it is recommended to set the temperature to 24-27 degrees Celsius for cooling.
- It is forbidden to throw waste into toilets, sinks and other places that are not intended for this. Near the apartment, the host has set up a bin for putting bags with mixed waste (garbage) from which waste has previously been separated materials that can be recycled and sorted (paper, glass, plastic), and also organic waste which is deposited in special containers. There is a designated place where guests dispose the organic waste collected in the apartment for composting (raw remains of fruits and vegetables, coffee grounds, tea bags, egg shells and shredded egg cartons).
- Please throw only toilet paper into the toilet bowls.
- A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage or damage to the property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the resulting damage. The host can ask the guest for a security deposit on the day of arrival to the reserved apartment. The deposit is fully returned to the guest on the day of departure, if he leaves the apartment in the condition he found it on the day of arrival.
- Since the host does not have a 24-hour reception, the day before arrival the guest is obliged to inform the host about the approximate time of arrival.
- On the day of departure, guests should leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who have the right to enter from 2:00 p.m.
- In the absence of the guest, the host can enter the apartment to check compliance with the house rules and prevent damage.
- Accommodation may be canceled for a guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace. If the host, due to a violation of the rules of the house, cancels the guest's accommodation - he does not return the amount paid, regardless of the shortened stay.
- By starting to use the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here. All disputes, which cannot be resolved internally with the host, will be resolved by the intervention of the police or the court in Dubrovnik. All complaints are taken into account only if they are reported during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints.
